The customer requests additional services.

Roof Rejuvenation and Cleaning Limitations
Roof Revival’s rejuvenation and cleaning services are designed to extend the lifespan and improve the appearance of existing roofing systems. These services do not guarantee:

Elimination of all pre-existing roof problems,
Correction of structural or installation defects,
Prevention of future damage caused by storms, leaks, or wear,
Warranty coverage on roofs already beyond reasonable serviceable life.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or hidden defects.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information about property conditions, access, and prior roof issues,
Ensure safe access to the property, including pets secured and gates unlocked,
Remove or protect outdoor items that may be affected during services,
Notify Roof Revival LLC of any concerns within 48 hours of service completion.

Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, credit/debit card, or third-party payment processors.

Invoices not paid within the agreed time frame may accrue late fees. Roof Revival LLC reserves the right to withhold warranties or future services until all balances are paid.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. Customers may reschedule without penalty with reasonable notice. Same-day cancellations or repeated rescheduling may result in fees at our discretion.

Roof Revival LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Warranties
Any warranties offered by Roof Revival LLC will be provided in writing. Warranty terms vary based on the service performed and are subject to conditions outlined in the written warranty document.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by storms, natural disasters, animals, structural issues, or pre-existing roof defects.

Damage caused by improper installation performed by others,
Issues resulting from the age or condition of the roofing system,
Indirect or consequential damages.
